This exceptional company provides essential services and plan management support to people living with disabilities and continues to expand their reach across WA due to their excellent reputation and service delivery.

Due to their ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced NDIS Plan Manager to join their team. Delivering ongoing support to participants and their families, this role offers you variety and the opportunity to utilise your knowledge of NDIS plans and accounts whilst working within a highly respected organisation that has been established for over fifteen years.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:

- Ensuring that invoices and claims are processed and submitted to the NDIS
- Develop and maintain relationships with participants, providers and suppliers
- Ensuring plans are meeting guidelines and requirements for reporting purposes
- Assist participants to understand their plans and entitlements
- Following up and monitoring expiring plans with participants
- Updating participants details ensuring information is correct
- Following up on outstanding debts and aged invoices
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Processing invoices and scheduling payments

Key requirements:

- Experience with NDIS plans and an understanding of the frameworks
- Experience in accounts including AP/AR and reconciliations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport

This is a part time (32 hours a week) role with flexibility on how you structure your time.
