Our office in Mirrabooka provides our WA clients with the opportunity for not only face-to-face engagement, but with the latest technology that includes digital signups and support to ensure our valued customers have the choice and control to achieve their life goals. We're here to support our clients by simplifying the NDIS and providing them with the latest information to make informed choices.

We're a small multi-skilled team in our WA office supported by the One Champion Team philosophy in Adelaide of more than 200 staff and our Business Development teams in every State and Territory. - **Knowledge and experience of the NDIS.**
- **A passion for service through positive client experiences.**
- **Attention to detail and the ability to deliver seamless client interactions by analysing a task and providing a successful solution.**
- **A track record of working in successful team environments.**

**You will have**:

- **An engaging and friendly approach, and a passion for creating positive client experiences.**
- **Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated conflict resolution experience.**
- **Excellent attention to detail and an appreciation for data integrity.**
- **Demonstrated experience in a service delivery role.**
- **A continuous improvement approach.**
- **A willingness to seek and provide feedback and actively contribute to team and organisational goals**
- **A current NDIS Worker Screen (or willing to obtain)
