  • Contribute to effective facility operation through provision of compliance support, maintaining records and data.
  • Process financial transactions using university systems, including purchase orders, payment requests, and stationary supplies.
  • Manage group contact lists and update TPH SharePoint sites.
  • Maintain health and safety compliance records, including data entry and spreadsheet management.
  • Prepare routine and ad hoc reports and correspondence.
  • Monitor team budgets and assist with compliance monitoring and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and uphold university policies.
