Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide seamless support across our clinics in the Gold Coast region. As a Clinic Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, ensuring efficient clinic operations, and fostering meaningful connections with our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Traveling between clinics to ensure effective front-of-house and clinic operations
  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting clients with empathy, professionalism, and warmth
  • Managing appointment bookings and handling phone/email enquiries with precision and attention to detail
  • Supporting Audiologists and Hearing Technicians with clinic administration and coordination tasks
  • Educating clients on hearing aid solutions, funding options, and available services with confidence and expertise
  • Applying client-specific strategies to deliver personalized outcomes and exceed client expectations
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing stock to ensure seamless clinic operations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or hearing care
  • Confidence and empathy when supporting older clients, demonstrating a genuine understanding of their needs
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude, with a strong ability to collaborate with colleagues
  • Flexibility, strong organization skills, and reliability, particularly when traveling between clinics
  • Computer literacy and attention to detail, with a high level of proficiency in software applications
  • HSC or TAFE qualification (or equivalent), demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and development
