About the Opportunity

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Home Building Liaison to join our operations team. As a critical member of our customer support team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting customers throughout their home building journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to allocated clients
  • Acting as a conduit between clients and our business, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Managing multiple clients from deposit through to site start, ensuring accurate plans and contract documents are available for client presentation meetings
  • Collating information for other departments to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities and workload demands
