Project Coordinator Job

The Project Coordinator is an integral part of our operations team, reporting directly to the Project Manager and working closely with the Hunter Project delivery team. This role plays a critical function in guiding and supporting customers throughout the pre-construction process of building their new home, ensuring a high-quality file is delivered to the construction team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with allocated customers throughout their home-building journey.
  • Provide exceptional customer service experience as the primary point of contact between the client and our business.
  • Manage multiple clients from deposit through to site start, ensuring plans and contract documents are accurate and available for client presentation meetings.
  • Collate all necessary information for other McDonald Jones Homes departments to complete their works accurately.
  • Complete time-critical administrative tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Qualifications:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Previous experience in a customer service and support role.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple clients and prioritizing workloads effectively.
  • Ideal knowledge of the residential construction industry.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
