Job Opportunity

The face of the home, providing a key point of contact for residents and their families, visitors, employees and potential new residents delivering high levels of customer service to all key stakeholders.

  • Key responsibilities include coordinating administration tasks, building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, and providing excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Excellent customer service skills, strong focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, and demonstrated ability to work within a team environment are essential.

Previous experience in aged care is desirable, as well as qualifications in Administration and rostering experience using Kronos.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Providing administrative support to the Home Manager and other staff members.
  • Coordinating resident events and activities.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to resident care and services.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Collaborative working and ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained are also required.

  • Requirements include:
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
