This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge, driving sales opportunities and ensuring customers have a memorable experience.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver outstanding customer service by creating the optimal Nick Scali experience for customers.
  • Utilize product knowledge and selling skills to achieve daily and weekly sales targets, maximizing sales through effective selling techniques, including room solutions and add-on sales.
  • Maintain accurate completion of sales order paperwork and internal documentation for timely order processing, upholding showroom standards, including visual merchandising and pricing accuracy, in collaboration with the Showroom Manager.

Ideal Candidate:



  • Previous sales experience, preferably selling furniture or high-value items, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm, especially during busy periods, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, ensuring efficient task management and time allocation.
  • An open mindset, eager to learn and adapt to new situations, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges.
