About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Sales and Customer Experience Representative to join our team at our BRAND NEW Shepparton store.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be energetic and enthusiastic, and have previous experience in a retail environment.

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert professional customer service, promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program, develop strong product knowledge, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
About You
  • Previous experience in a retail environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
  • Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
