About the role

We are seeking Caregiver Specialists to join our team in Shepparton, part-time positions available to work with the community care team.

  • As a Caregiver Specialist, you will support individuals with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, assistance in the community, and companionship.
  • Support clients with personal cares, assistance with mobility, and prompting with medication.
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve their goals and make informed decisions in partnership with other support networks.
  • Promote customer choice, positive routines, and activities that are meaningful to the client.

We have clients living at home in Shepparton, Mooroopna, Tatura, and surrounding suburbs. We strive to roster employees based on geographic location to minimize travel.

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability, or Individual Support (essential).
  • A current and valid Driver's Licence and insured, reliable motor vehicle.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
