Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice and support to stakeholders on people matters, leveraging effective relationships and a deep understanding of the department's operations.
  • Collaborate with the business partnering function to drive workforce management and planning, organizational change, and employee relations initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain internal systems and registers to ensure timely and compliant service delivery.
  • Work closely with the People and Culture branch to design and implement contemporary policies and processes, including self-service guidance for managers and employees.
  • Offer guidance to managers on best-fit recruitment practices, including job analysis, design, and onboarding to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for stakeholder capability development and effective people-related decision making.
  • Prepare high-level documentation, including business cases, briefing papers, and policies.
