We are seeking a highly skilled leader to oversee the delivery of high-value remedial and civil infrastructure projects across NSW.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on project management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of major remedial projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and strict compliance with specifications.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee contract administration, cost control, forecasting, and reporting for multiple projects.
  • Develop and implement construction methodologies tailored to remedial works, balancing efficiency, safety, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Provide hands-on project management support where required, solving technical and logistical challenges.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager in remedial, civil, or structural engineering projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of remedial construction techniques, including façade refurbishments, concrete repair, bridge strengthening, and steel remediation.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in managing teams, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders on high-value projects.
  • Expertise in project delivery, including cost management, contracts administration, scheduling, and risk management.
