Senior Remedial Projects Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Director to lead the delivery of major remedial projects in NSW. This role combines hands-on project management with strategic oversight, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
About the Role:- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of major remedial projects.
- Manage and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee contract administration, cost control, forecasting, and reporting for multiple projects.
- Develop and implement construction methodologies tailored to remedial works.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager in remedial, civil, or structural engineering projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of remedial construction techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in managing teams and multiple stakeholders on high-value projects.
- Expertise in project delivery, including cost management and risk management.
- A strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality assurance.
