As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving growth from existing customer bases through high levels of engagement and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support existing customer relationships via phone and email.
- Pitch and present creative solutions to grow sales to existing customers and encourage repeat purchasing and range extensions.
- Contact existing customers as new products or service offerings are introduced.
- Answer customer enquiries, provide quotations, and process orders.

We use our online order process, sales team, and digital marketing to get our products out there. Our customers include cafes, pubs, restaurants, and all sorts of food and beverage outlets. We deal with wineries, corporates, small businesses, retailers, online retailers, events, schools, and many more.
