Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our TeamViewer team in Adelaide, Australia. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve daily revenue targets and meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and needs analysis
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of TeamViewer solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions
  • Native Japanese language skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Japanese
