Job Summary

A career opportunity exists for a Payroll Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll processing using iChris/Chris21 software. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting junior team members with training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process end-to-end payroll using iChris/Chris21 software, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Manager on senior tasks such as checks and approvals.
  • Calculate statutory deductions, including tax, super, and third-party payments.
  • Train and support junior team members in their roles, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Calculate Employee Benefits Agreements (EBAs) and awards, providing expert advice.
  • Perform redundancy and Long Service Leave (LSL) calculations, ensuring fairness and equity.
  • Provide ongoing project support, driving business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience with Chris21 or iChris is essential for supporting junior team members.
  • End-to-end, full-function payroll experience is necessary for success in this role.
