Overview

The Payroll Agency has partnered with a large business in the recruitment of a new Senior Payroll Officer to join the team on a permanent, full time basis.

You will join a team reporting into the Payroll Manager who all work closely together. The Payroll Manager is stepping into a more systems-focused role and would like a Senior person in the team to support the Juniors.

Responsibilities
  • Processing end to end payroll using iChris/Chris21.
  • Supporting the Payroll Manager with more senior tasks such as checks and approvals.
  • Calculations of all statutory deductions including tax, super and third party payments.
  • Supporting junior team members with training and support.
  • Calculation of EBAs and awards.
  • Redundancy and LSL calculations.
  • Support for the projects they have on-going.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Experience with Chris21 or iChris is required, to support junior team members and hit the ground running.
  • End to end, full function payroll experience is necessary.
Compensation

A$110k - A$120k + Super

Location & Structure

Hybrid work structure; based next to Chatswood station.
