**Payroll Manager**
- $140,000 - $150,000 + Super + Benefits | Chatswood | 2-3 Days WFH

Looking for TL/Supervisors/Managers looking to become a National Payroll Manager for a global well known brand

**THE CLIENT**

Work for a highly reputable global brand with excellent processes and systems. Looking for a skilled Senior Payroll professional with leadership experience who can bring fresh ideas and lead from the front work. Opportuity to be involved in process optimasation projects and oversee the full function for ANZ.

**THE ROLE**
- Responsible for overseeing your team and pays of 1500+ employees
- Mentoring and developing your team with ongoing training and support
- Reporting and Analysis, assisting with PAYG, Super Calcs
- Managing escalations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with Head of Finance with regards to process improvements projects

**THE PERSON**
- Senior Payroll experience with full understanding of end to end payroll process including Awards, EBAs
- Payroll Leadership/Management experience
- Ideally experience with large ERP systems, and Kronos experience is highly desirable
- NZ Experience is highly desirable
- Ability to roll your sleeves up and assist where needed with BAU but also Project work
- Excellent communication
- Full working rights as this is a permanent role
