To drive the delivery of payroll and people services, remuneration, and benefits operations across our organization.
The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing the employee lifecycle, from hire to cessation of employment, with a focus on creating a seamless employee experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver efficient and effective payroll and people services to employees.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to implement business objectives, service level agreements, and a tiered service delivery model.
- Oversee the delivery of services related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes in working arrangements, significant employment events, separation, exit, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to managers to help them manage their teams and execute people management processes, including policy and procedural advice, awards interpretation, and escalation to specialists when needed.
- Develop and implement our remuneration strategy through effective application of awards, enterprise agreements, and remuneration review outcomes.
