Regional Manager Job Description

The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading the Melbourne Metropolitan region, supporting major community and sporting events, developing a team with strong safety values, owning operational strategies, and building a strong engagement culture with all staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety: Drive leading safety behaviours, encourage risk awareness among teams, and lead with strong safety values.
  • Engagement: Inspire the operational team and branch network to develop and deliver continuous improvement strategies.
  • Customer Service: Align with customer service principles and put customers at the centre of everything we do.
  • Financial Performance: Mentor and guide operational teams to ensure achievement of financial targets.
  • Asset Performance: Optimise utilisation of asset fleet through labour and maintenance efficiencies and support benchmark R&M spend performance.
Requirements

A commitment to customer service, proactive communication, transport efficiencies, fleet allocation, and a collaborative branch network will ensure the region's ability to grow. Developing a close relationship with sales, service, and transport teams is critical to this role.
