Lead Growth and Inspire Teams
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a portfolio of venues in Regional Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:- Venue Success – Partner with Venue Managers to drive sales growth, develop quarterly strategies, and ensure menu innovation.
- Customer Excellence – Champion exceptional customer service, embed best-practice standards, and audit venues monthly to maintain high standards.
- Leadership Development – Coach, mentor, and develop Venue Managers, focusing on progression through our programs.
- Safety Compliance – Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance targets are met.
- Hands-On Engagement – Be on the ground with your teams, working at least 2 operational shifts per week.
- Proven multi-site leadership experience within hospitality.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of lifting sales performance.
- A people-focused leader who builds trust, develops talent, and drives accountability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences.
