We're seeking an experienced Regional Operations Leader to oversee a portfolio of our venues across Regional Victoria.
- Operational Growth – Partner with Venue Managers to deliver like-for-like sales growth, shape quarterly sales strategies, and ensure menu innovation and product performance.
- Customer Experience – Champion exceptional service, embed best-practice SOPs, and audit venues monthly to maintain a 4.5+ star rating.
- Leadership & Development – Coach, mentor, and develop Venue Managers, with a strong focus on progression through our development programs.
- Safety & Compliance – Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance targets are achieved across your patch.
- Hands-On Engagement – Be on the ground with your teams, working at least 2 operational shifts per week to support, guide, and lead by example.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving venue growth through strategic sales planning and menu innovation.
- Ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all venues.
- Developing and coaching Venue Managers to achieve their full potential.
- Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- Engaging with teams on the ground to drive business results.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven multi-site leadership experience within hospitality.
