Patient Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our casual pool and support departments across the hospital.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clinical staff in providing high-quality care and patient support.
- Provide transport services using hospital-approved equipment and vehicles.
- Assist patients on admission and help them settle comfortably.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and shared areas in line with infection control standards.
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or Health Services would be desirable.
- Experience working in a clinical hospital setting.
- Strong understanding of infection control, manual handling, and hospital safety procedures.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
