Overview of the Role

The Fertility Advice Coordinator is a vital position in our organization, responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to patients throughout their fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and informatively to patient inquiries, addressing their concerns and needs with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process diverse patient requests efficiently, providing accurate information on our consultation process and fostering trust.
  • Coordinate appointment bookings and facilitate seamless patient care, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the healthcare sector or a call centre environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of patient-centric service delivery.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, showcasing expertise in document preparation, data analysis, and communication.
  • A basic understanding of women's health and fertility, with experience in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) being a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, accompanied by a strong phone manner, enabling effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
  • Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail, guaranteeing precision in all aspects of job performance.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making, allowing for prompt and informed resolution of complex issues.
  • Excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
