- Collaborate with colleagues to review and enhance existing training programs, including Performance Development and Planning processes.
Requirements:
- Significant experience as an instructional designer with a strong track record of creating high-quality training programs.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, enabling effective engagement and motivation of diverse groups.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities efficiently.
- Expertise in training, development, and coaching, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and exposure to eLearning design.
