About the Role

As a Subject Coordinator, you will lead the academic program and provide expert advice to teachers.

The role involves guiding the delivery of a relevant, stimulating, and effective teaching program that promotes the School's philosophy, policies, and procedures in a safe, challenging, and inspirational environment.

  • Bachelor of Education degree or higher is required.
  • Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:

The Subject Coordinator is responsible for leading the academic program and promoting a safe, challenging, and inspirational learning environment.

They will guide the delivery of a relevant, stimulating, and effective teaching program, providing expert advice to teachers and ensuring the implementation of the School's philosophy, policies, and procedures.

Key responsibilities include: encouraging creativity and innovation in teaching practices, promoting student-centered learning approaches, and developing strategies to support student growth and achievement.

The position is based at our Freier campus, with a leadership allowance at level 2 and has a 0.1 time release.
