Learning and Development Executive
About the RoleThis role involves working closely with the learning and development team to design and implement high-quality learning experiences for members.
The responsibilities include developing online, virtual, and workshop-based learning products, managing subject matter experts and content providers, and reviewing market trends and member learning needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage online, virtual, and workshop-based learning products
- Manage subject matter experts and content providers
- Review market trends and member learning needs
- Assist the L&D team in delivering key initiatives and projects
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Current education or experience in learning and development
- Knowledge of adult learning and learning design practice
- Development of Learning & Development products and learning outcomes experience
- Commercial experience (e.g., managing costs, contract negotiation)
- Broad industry knowledge of business and accounting and finance profession
