Learning and Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization as a whole.
- Develop and implement effective learning strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative training content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a learning and development role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
