Learning and Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to lead the design and delivery of engaging training programs for our mobile workforce.

This hands-on role involves managing every aspect of learning, from needs analysis to program delivery, systems reporting, and vendor coordination. You will collaborate closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and external providers to embed relevant, scalable, and aligned learning initiatives that support our operational goals.

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and facilitating various learning experiences, including workshops, e-learning, and blended programs
  • Managing the annual training calendar and coordinating logistics with internal teams and external partners
  • Administering and optimizing our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of participation and outcomes
  • Conducting training needs assessments and recommending solutions to address skills gaps and operational challenges
  • Building a learning culture by championing development opportunities and supporting initiatives that promote engagement, growth, and inclusion

**Key Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging learning programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design tools
  • Confidence in managing LMS platforms and tracking learning outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
