Our team of over 19,000 associates is dedicated to putting the world on vacation. We operate across 270+ resort locations globally, offering a unique blend of innovation and growth opportunities.

About the Role

This part-time and full-time position is ideal for those who love meeting new people and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You'll work closely with our Shoal Bay team to generate sales appointments and provide a seamless experience for owners and guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register owners and guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.
  • Provide insider knowledge on local attractions, helping visitors make the most of their stay.
  • Ensure all department-related paperwork is completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Leverage communication equipment to stay connected with colleagues and guests.
  • Meet guests face-to-face, building rapport and generating sales appointments for our sales team.
  • Work collaboratively with the resort operations team to deliver a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within Wyndham Destinations community.
  • Maintain accurate records and meet targets and KPIs set by the business.
  • This role requires flexibility, including weekend and public holiday shifts.
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Experience with PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera) is advantageous.
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
