Genuine passion for customer service and local area expertise make our Guest Experience Hosts & Face to Face Lead Generators an integral part of our success. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Shoal Bay team, offering both part-time and full-time positions.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional guest services, including registration, local attraction information, and department-related paperwork.
  • Utilize communication equipment, such as telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Meet guests face-to-face, generate sales appointments for our sales team, and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered.
  • Collaborate with resort operations teams to provide high-level service and a smooth check-in process.
  • Promote the benefits of traveling within Wyndham Destinations' community.
Your Benefits
  • Competitive salary range $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • High levels of computer literacy and ability to work effectively with technology.
  • A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
