Talent Acquisition Director

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to lead our recruitment function and drive the acquisition of top talent for our business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic recruitment plan that aligns with our business objectives.

You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective job descriptions and advertising campaigns to attract the best candidates. Your expertise in sourcing and selecting top talent will ensure we have the right people in place to drive our success.
