Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talented professionals are sought to contribute to the growth of our organisation by providing exceptional recruitment and resourcing services. The successful candidate will work closely with the People Manager and Client Solutions team to attract, select, and engage high-performing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screening, shortlisting, assessing, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organisation.
  • Managing selection and regret processes, as well as preparing and updating relevant documentation.
  • Utilizing various platforms to source and attract suitable talent, including job boards, social media, referrals, and the internet.
  • Building and maintaining an effective talent pool of potential lawyers, consultants, paralegals, and compliance professionals.
  • Negotiating offer processes, including salary negotiations with suitable candidates.
  • Preparing and updating profile marketing documentation for secondees.
  • Identifying new and innovative ways to attract new talent.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Head of People Development and People Manager to develop and implement creative strategies to ensure the attraction of top talent.
  • Maintaining up-to-date information in our systems.
  • Building successful relationships with management teams, talent (internal and external), and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, law, or business.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in professional services or general/legal recruitment related businesses.
  • Self-motivated, positive, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
