Full-time recruitment position available in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including conducting end-to-end recruitment for various roles, writing and posting engaging job ads, screening applications and shortlisting candidates, coordinating and participating in interview panels, and completing onboarding and compliance checks.

About the Role:
  • Recruitment specialist required to manage full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough recruitment processes for senior positions and generalist roles.
  • Develop effective job advertising strategies.
  • Assess candidate suitability through rigorous application and shortlisting processes.
  • Participate in interview panels to assess candidate fit.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations during onboarding process.
About You:
  • Proven experience in generalist recruitment, preferably in high-volume environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive approach essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills required.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on regulatory compliance necessary.
  • Experience with HR systems advantageous.
