Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality support is provided to all stakeholders, monitoring and responding to recruitment inquiries, and supporting panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, ability to learn new tasks, and experience providing exceptional client service. They will also be able to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels and contribute to process improvement in recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality support is provided to all stakeholders
  • Monitor and respond to recruitment inquiries
  • Support panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches for identified roles
  • Contribute to process improvement in recruitment services

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new tasks and adapt to change
  • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Relevant work experience in a human resources field
