**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding quality targets.

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to meet talent acquisition priorities.
  • Lead the execution of hiring processes, including hands-on management of critical positions.
  • Conduct regular assurance audits to ensure SLAs and quality targets are met.
  • Track and measure defined metrics specific to talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job briefings and requirements.
  • Identify improvements to processes for optimal service delivery.
  • Manage direct reports, their development, and growth in the function.
  • Increase recruitment efficiency and meet SLAs as per TAT.
  • Ensure compliance to SLAs and meet quality targets.
  • Build sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Accurately track and publish key HR metrics.

**Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in BPO space and volume hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
