Property Presentation Specialist

We are seeking a well-presented front of house professional to join our Residential team in Melbourne.

This is an opportunity for a competent, capable and driven individual who takes pride in ensuring memorable experiences are achieved and someone who is looking to kick start their property career.

  • Welcoming all guests, clients and customers to the display
  • Administrative duties including collecting personal details and assisting with record logs
  • Supporting our high standard engagement approach through achieving 'memorable client experiences'
  • Assisting with the management and maintenance of our inhouse technology (including i-pads, touch TV's, projectors etc)

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

  • EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS - this may include concierge, art galleries, retail, hospitality etc.
  • Interest and desire to work in the property sector
  • Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting minor technical errors
  • Polished personal image and presentation standards
  • A HIGH DEGREE OF PROFESSIONALISM
  • MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
