The Role
We seek a skilled specialist valuer to join our team as Director of Specialist Real Estate in Melbourne.
This role is responsible for providing high-quality valuation reports while maintaining client service standards.
About You
We need a driven professional with commercial valuation skills, excellent communication, and business development skills.
This role suits an experienced valuer looking to grow market share.
You will be supported by experienced mentors and Opteon's technology investment for efficient delivery.
You should have:
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) status combined with experience in Commercial/Specialist Real Estate valuation sectors
- Middle Markets
- Social Infrastructure
- Alternate Investments
- Willingness to coach and mentor junior team members
- Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
- Value career progression and leadership experience or ambitions
