About the Opportunity

This is a part-time, permanent role working 4 days a week in Parramatta CBD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality individual, youth and family therapy to repair and strengthen relationships and self-determination.
  • Conduct family therapy sessions using a multi-disciplinary approach with other Uniting staff members.
  • Provide child consultation services as part of child inclusive practice for families after separation and divorce.
  • Collaborate on developing, facilitating and promoting clinical group work programs within the centre and with external stakeholders.
About You

Hold tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work or related field.

A minimum of 3 years' experience delivering therapy and/or facilitating group programs.

Proven ability to manage high conflict cases with complex issues and competence in working with family violence.

Familiarity with child protection matters.

Excellent communication, organisational and report writing skills.

Capacity to work independently and contribute to team functionality.

Ability to meet program-specific client targets.
