**Therapist Wanted for Family Support Services**

Uniting Counselling and Mediation seeks a skilled Family Therapist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert family therapy to strengthen relationships and foster individual self-determination.
  • Collaborate with other counsellors using a multi-disciplinary approach.
  • Consult with children and families affected by separation, divorce, or court orders.
  • Develop, facilitate, and promote group work programs within the centre and externally.
  • Build partnerships with relevant agencies to deliver high-quality services.
Key Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualifications in psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience delivering family and individual therapy, with facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases involving conflict and family violence.
  • Understanding of child protection issues and trauma-informed care.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and report writing skills.
