About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Team Lead to join our team at Munro Footwear Group. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our graphic design and copywriting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the content creation team, ensuring all graphic and copy content is delivered efficiently and meets internal requirements
  • Oversee workflow allocation to ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with project specifications and quality expectations
  • Actively contribute to the creation and development of graphic design content in line with company programs and branding guidelines
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to your team, ensuring that industry-standard design practices are upheld

About You

We are looking for a confident and experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to manage multiple tasks and brands concurrently while maintaining high standards.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • 4+ years' experience working in graphic and digital design
  • Working knowledge of fashion and retail design trends
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and brands concurrently while maintaining high standards
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop graphic designers and copywriters
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience working cross-functionally with other departments and strong collaboration skills
  • Previous exposure to agency environments or managing multiple brands simultaneously is highly desirable
