Lead Our Graphic Design and Copywriting Team

At Munro Footwear Group, we're dedicated to delivering outstanding creative content across multiple channels. We're seeking an experienced and innovative Content Team Leader to join our team and lead our in-house graphic design and copywriting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the content creation team, ensuring all graphic and copy content is delivered efficiently and meets internal requirements.
  • Oversee workflow allocation to ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with project specifications and quality expectations.
  • Actively contribute to the creation and development of graphic design content in line with company programs and branding guidelines.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to your team, ensuring that industry-standard design practices are upheld.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • 4+ years' experience working in graphic and digital design.
  • Working knowledge of fashion and retail design trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and brands concurrently while maintaining high standards.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop graphic designers and copywriters.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with other departments and strong collaboration skills.
