Job Title: Content Creation Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Creation Team Manager to lead our graphic design and copywriting efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate delivery of all content requirements, driving the creation of high-quality graphic design and copywriting outputs, and mentoring your team to ensure industry-standard practices.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead the content creation team, ensuring all graphic and copy content is delivered efficiently and meets internal requirements
  • Oversee workflow allocation to ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with project specifications and quality expectations
  • Actively contribute to the creation and development of graphic design content in line with company programs and branding guidelines
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to your team, ensuring that industry-standard design practices are upheld
