Job Title: Organizational Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development (OD) professional to lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and improvement.

As the OD Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, developing solutions, and implementing change management strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Your expertise in OD principles, practices, and tools will be essential in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive organizational transformation.

  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with business objectives;
  • Conduct gap analysis, needs assessment, and opportunity identification to inform strategic planning;
  • Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making;
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance leadership and team capabilities;
  • Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and front-line employees, to build trust and facilitate collaboration;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our organization remains competitive and innovative.
About You:

We are looking for a seasoned OD professional with a proven track record of driving organizational change and improvement. Your experience should include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field;
  • Strong understanding of OD principles, practices, and tools, including surveys, assessments, and analytics;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels;
  • Ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and develop creative solutions;
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training design methodologies;
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and agile methodologies.
