Key Responsibilities
  • We work closely with leadership teams to ensure the effective implementation and management of policies, practices and procedures that provide an optimal working environment and promote our culture and values.
  • We provide high-level coach/mentoring to leaders and the workforce.
  • We support leaders with organisational reviews as required.
  • We drive regular initiatives, in line with agreed timelines.
  • We initiate, manage and contribute to major reports, projects, committees, reviews and/or continuous improvement activities.
  • We support and facilitate leadership development training.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a HR generalist role covering IR/ER, performance management, organisational development, and HR reporting is necessary.
  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold company initiatives and values within discretion and confidentiality is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, counselling, negotiating and report writing are required.
  • Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to priorities and control own workload are essential.
