Lead Organisational Development Strategist

This is a compelling opportunity to be part of a new portfolio focused on driving growth and excellence across a large health service. The successful candidate will lead the strategy and programs team, ensuring initiatives are effectively implemented and managed.

The role involves providing leadership to the development and maintenance of organisational strategies and plans in areas such as talent management, diversity and inclusion, employee wellbeing, and workforce planning.

A key focus of the role is collaboration with other leaders to promote a culture that enables delivery of organisational goals. This includes promoting a culture of kindness, excellence, respect, integrity, collaboration, and accountability.

About you

You will be experienced at leading an OD team and can demonstrate how you have shifted the dial on performance, talent management, DEI, employee wellbeing, and workforce planning. You will be able to demonstrate delivery of OD programs / projects across organisations.
