Change Management Position

Austal, a global shipbuilder and maritime technology partner, is seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our team in Perth, Australia.

About the Role:
  • Lead change management activities for projects and initiatives aligned with the ADSA Transformation Program.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects across SSA requiring fit for purpose and varying levels of change management advisory and specialist hands on support.
  • Identify, plan and implement change management requirements to support successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective change management plans with Project Managers, Program Managers, Sponsors, and key stakeholders.
  • Apply and utilise Austal's Change Management Framework, processes, tools, activities.
  • Support the Leader-Led Change capability development for Austal's people leaders, Change Champions, Project Managers, and key internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g. Management, Organisational Development or Communications.
  • Hold a Change Management certification at practitioner level or higher (Prosci or similar).
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience leading and managing digital change initiatives in complex organisation environments.
