The People and Development Team is seeking a skilled and experienced organisational change expert to drive the continuous improvement of our culture programs.

This role involves:

1. End-to-end project management of organisational development initiatives.

  • Deliver functional programs across the employee life cycle, including inductions, culture initiatives, talent retention and attraction strategies, and employee engagement.

2. Stakeholder engagement.

  • Collaborate and engage with stakeholders to support organisational development change programs and workforce strategies.

3. Change management.

  • Identify and develop change strategies to manage stakeholder resistance through organisational development change programs and initiatives.

4. Data analysis.

  • Review, interpret, and communicate complex data sets and reports to stakeholders.

5. Administration.

  • Manage general administration across the function as necessary.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services practice.
  • Knowledge in data analytics, preferably HR data.
  • Project management and/or planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and facilitation/presentation skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
