Job Title: Organisational Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to support a large-scale transformation across a mining organisation. As a trusted member of the team, you will play a pivotal role during a period of significant change and restructuring, partnering with operational and senior leadership to provide strategic and operational support.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Generalist HR role, ideally within resources or industrial sector
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations and Case Management
  • A proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across a matrix environment
  • Hands-on experience supporting change programs at a business level

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a Generalist HR professional to make a real impact within a dynamic and supportive team.
