Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Import / Export Coordinator to join our team at Lindsay Fresh Logistics in Brisbane Markets, Rocklea. As an Import / Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all paperwork and requirements needed for our freight coming in and out of Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain export / import inbox and manage customer bookings, including creating job files.
  • Capture and manage customer bookings, schedule collections and deliveries, and book necessary DAFF inspections.
  • Manage job schedules, ensuring timely collection and delivery of freight.
  • Document management to meet regulatory requirements, including processing DAFF directions and generating export documentation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven industry experience with familiarity of export/import regulations & compliance.
  • Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
  • Established administration experience with high attention to detail ensuring accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize high-volume work and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills with exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude with the willingness to learn.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing logistics scenarios.
Working Conditions

The role will be Monday to Friday, however, we are seeking an individual who is flexible to work outside standard hours to accommodate peak seasonality and a rotating weekend roster.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
